  • Discounted or promotional purchases are non-refundable.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Course Transfer Option

Instead of a refund, learners may request a course transfer or credit toward another Aspire Solutions course (subject to approval).
