2. Course Content & Usage

  • All course materials, including videos, PDFs, assignments, and downloadable resources, are the intellectual property of Aspire Solutions.

  • Students may not copy, distribute, modify, reproduce, or resell any content.

  • Aspire Solutions reserves the right to update, modify, or remove content without prior notice.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • Course fees must be paid in full (or as per agreed installment plan) before access is granted.

  • Fees once paid are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a specific course policy.

  • In cases of double payment or technical errors, refunds may be processed upon verification.

4. Certificates

  • Certificates of completion are issued only to students who complete all required assignments, projects, or exams (if applicable).

  • Aspire Solutions reserves the right to withhold certificates in case of incomplete coursework or violation of these Terms.

5. Code of Conduct

  • Students must maintain respectful communication with trainers and peers.

  • Any misuse of the platform, abusive behavior, or violation of academic integrity (plagiarism, cheating, etc.) may result in termination of access without refund.

6. Technical Requirements

  • Students are responsible for arranging their own internet, computer, and software required to participate.

  • Aspire Solutions is not liable for any technical failures or inability to access content due to the student’s system issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Aspire Solutions does not guarantee specific results, job placements, or income outcomes from course participation.

  • We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the application of course knowledge.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal information collected during enrollment will be used only for course administration, communication, and certification.

  • Aspire Solutions will not share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

9. Amendments

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
